What this replaces: a farm manager takes 5–10% of gross (about 8%, per Ask Extension). An appraisal runs $1,030–$1,530 (Spurgeon rate card) and never tells you a rent. The county average is one number for the whole county. The Landlord Plan is this parcel, every year.
